SPA DAY 2010

     Well, today was absolutely awesome! :-)  It was Spa Day 2010...which is when all the girls in my family get together and do manis, pedis, facials, hair...just about anything you would find at a "real" spa. We even had catered food, so it was a blast. I'm so thankful for my family and that we are able to spend so much fun time together. There was only one damper in my day which was no big deal really...just hurt my feelings. An old friend said something mean and untrue about me, even though they haven't seen me in almost a year...so, that was hard to deal with. I choked back the tears and prayed about it, and them; that they would stop saying such hurtful things...especially when they don't "know' me anymore. I'm a different person now. Becoming a Mommy has changed me in so many wonderful ways and I just wish they would try to get to know me again instead of saying hurtful things. It's in God's hands now, though and I trust He will take away my sadness over this situation.
