What a Day! :-)

Today was so much fun!  We went to Once Upon a Child this morning and got ALL of Noah's fall and winter clothes for super cheap. I spend a total of $33 for over $100 worth of clothes...so definitely worth the trip. The only thing we really wanted to get that I didn't see was one of those umbrella strollers with a shade cover on it...but hopefully if I keep my eyes open I will see one somewhere soon. It just makes it so much easier to have something light to tote around; especially since Noah's stroller is still a bit too big for him right now.
After that was finished, Daddy got home and we took Noah out to Touch a Truck...which he LOVED. His favorite thing of all were the buses, so Caleb ended up taking him in like three or four different ones; they even had a bus from the transportation museum downtown...which was like from the 1960s...pretty awesome.
Anyways, just wanted to let everyone know what a wonderful day we had. God is so good!!!! We are enjoying counting down the days until baby Haileigh or baby J (we still are debating on boys' names, lol) gets here. Less than 9 months to go now....YAY!

Bag Sale and Touch a Truck

This morning, Mom and I are headed to Once Upon a Child (the one at Townesquare) for their annual bag sale...you pay $10 (or maybe $15) and get as many clothes as you can shove into a plastic grocery bag. We are pretty psyched, because Noah's clothes are small enough that I will probably be able to get the majority of his fall/winter clothes for $20. :-)  And bargains make me happy. For anyone else who would like to head out there, the sale starts at 10 a.m. and continues through 8 p.m. tonight.
Then, after Caleb gets off of work we are going to take Noah to Touch a Truck at Greenhill Park, as long as it has stopped raining. Definitely looking forward to this fun day ahead of us. I just can't wait to see the look on Noah Bug's face when he gets to see all of those different types trucks...he already loves, loves, loves firetrucks and ambulances. I'm thinking it's probably from the flashing lights and even the sirens don't scare him...which surprised me.
An update on me and baby...we are both doing really well. I still haven't had any morning sickness which I am very thankful for. This pregnancy is just so completely different than before...and I"m not complaining, LOL. Different in a good way because I haven't been sick at all, just a LOT more emotional. But that's ok, because I'm hoping that since it's so different, that means we're having a baby girl. Who knows, though?  All right, I'm going to get off of here so I can start getting ready for the day ahead. God bless each of you!

Moving on Up

It's hard to believe but I've already had to pack up most of Noah's newborn toys...we've moved on up to bigger and better things, lol!  Noah is also learning how to pull himself up using our furniture...the pictures of him in the crib are some examples of this.  Hope you enjoy!

My Baby is Sitting Up

That's right!!!  Noah has finally learned to sit up on his own and we are SO PROUD! We know that from this point, crawling and walking are only a scoot away. *smile*  As soon as get my pictures uploaded, I will post one of this new milestone!
Not much else has happened with us really. We are looking forward to seeing the newest Johnston for the first time next month...can't wait to see what his/her heartbeat is. We're taking Noah Bug with us because although he probably won't understand, we want him to meet his sibling, too!  Again, thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers in regards to this  new life in my tummy!  Praise be to God for this miracle!
