What a Wonderful Fourth of July!

Today was SO MUCH FUN! We started off the day by heading over to Craig Valley Baptist for church and had lunch at Subway with Caleb's parents...so Noah got some snuggles from Grandma and Grandpa Johnston. We headed back over to Salem not really knowing what to do but then spur of the moment decided that we would head out to the Salem Fair...which was FUN, but SO VERY HOT!  We actually spent the majority of our time inside watching some of the shows they had...including a juggling act and called Aussie Adventure, I think...that had kangaroos and stuff...Noah loved that. But Noah loved the juggling too...I think he loves anything that is new...because it's exciting to experience something different!

All decked out in our Americana! :-)

We went back home after the fair to feed Noah and ourselves, lol, because I knew if we didn't we would become victims of funnel cakes and fried oreos...and we definitely do not need those on our conscience...or our butts, lol! :-)  Then we loaded up in the car and headed out to Virginia Western to set up our blanket on the hill and watch the fireworks...sadly, my camera's battery was dying and I had no way to charge it, so I only got a few pictures....but that's ok! :-)  Watching Noah was way more fun than seeing the fireworks this year, anyways, because he was just so mesmerized!  It took a second for them to catch his eye but when they did, his eyes lit up...well, like the Fourth of July! Happy 4th Everyone!

MESMERIZED!!!
